For any information about joining CoSta, whether you are a swimmer: Þ Aged 16 years and under Þ Aged 16 - 25 years who are club/competitive swimmers already Þ Who is swimming for general fitness Please contact Assistant Head Coach Sarah Stephens 07958 447945 to arrange a trial/assessment. Swimmers aged 25 years and over (Masters) please contact either Richard Sumner richard@stamsc.co.uk, or Janet Gardiner janet@stamsc.co.uk from St Albans Masters SC (STAMSC) for more information or to arrange a time to meet some of the masters and have an introductory swim. Swimmers aged 18 to 24 by the end of the year, (Seniors), may also join STAMSC and enter the 'Seniors' sections of the Masters competitions, please contact either Richard or Janet.
